2018 Tax Certificate Sale

Our 2018 Tax Certificate Sale will be held Friday, May 25th it begins @ 8:30 a.m. and ends @ 11:30 a.m.  For more information go to gilchristfl.realtaxlien.com.

2017 Taxes can be paid in the office with certified funds (Cash, Cashier's Check or Money Order) through Thursday, May 24th at 4:30 p.m.

Governor Rick Scott announced that Florida's law enforcement officers, first responders and utility workers will be able to enjoy license-free freshwater and saltwater fishing through June 30, 2018.  This is in recognition of their lifesaving work preparing and responding to Hurricane Irma.  The FWC will accept official first responder and utility workers' identification in lieu of a Florida fishing license during this period.  The Department of Environmental Protection is also offering free day-passes to Florida State Parks that can be used on an unlimited basis until October 2018 for all law enforcement officers, first responders and utility workers.
